Package prices are per person. All cabins, cabin tents, bunkhouse, and lodge house are shared rooms. Electricity is only available in the bunkhouse and lodge rooms. We suggest people wanting to share accommodations register together or contact us to let us know you want to room with a specific person/s (they must register with the same package).
RVs-When registering for one of the RV spots select RV registration for the first person only, others sharing your RV should register for basic camping package.
Prices are based on early registration and a current Loving More Membership. Non-member price includes a limited membership. Add $35 for registrations after August 1, 2022.
Includes: Three nights camping (bring your RV and set up in the RV area-no hook ups)
All lodge rooms, bunkhouse, and cabin tents are shared accommodations. We will put people who register together for the same package in the same room, cabin, or bunkhouse. If you wish to share with someone who is not registering with you, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate all of you, but we must get the request from all parties.
Lodge-house rooms are shared by up to six people, linens (sheets, towels, bedding) provided. We recommend bringing a towel for the pool.
Lodge rooms have a shared bathrooms in the lodge.
Bunkhouses have 10 to 16 bunk-beds in each bunkhouse.
NO LINENS are provided in the bunkhouse. You need to bring sheets,blankets, and towels.
There are no bathrooms in the bunkhouse, the bathhouse is nearby.
NO LINENS are provided. For basic camping and tent platform you need to bring your own tent and bedding.
Please consider contributing to the even scholarship fund. This fund is used exclusively to support people with financial need to be able to attend events such as the Loving More Retreat, Poly Living, or other major events.
Cancellation Policy: As 501(c)3 nonprofit we work hard to keep the all inclusive price as low as possible and cancellations can be difficult, that said the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations – $125 Cancellation Fee per person. No refunds after August 31st, exception for those who test positive for Covid-19 withing ten days of the retreat, we will offer a partial refund (50%) and a credit toward a future event. this is due to the reality that we are required to pay the facility in advance for all attendees.
Registrations can be transferred for a $35 fee no later than August 31st and must be approved by Loving More.
