Event Policies for Covid-19

The Pandemic is an evolving situation, as such our protocols for events are subject to change in accordance with local and state health mandates. We will inform event attendees of any changes to the policies specific to the event they are attending.

  •
  • Proof of vaccination required for all attendees, presenters, volunteers, and vendors.

    • -Being fully vaccinated means being at least 2 weeks post-vaccination from either the second dose of the 2-dose Pfizer or Moderna mRNA Covid vaccines, or the single-dose Johnson & Johnson.
    • -We will require people to send this information ahead of the conference, when possible, and for people to check in with a photo ID.
    • -Transferred registrations will not be complete until the information is received from the person who the ticket is transferred to.
    •
  • Loving More will make available hand sanitizer in all meeting rooms and at registration.
  •
  • Conference attendance will be limited to 120 persons.
  •
  • Masks will be encouraged but at this time not required.
  •
  • We will follow recommendations of the national, state, and local health officials at the time of the event. This means masks policy is subject to change.
  •
  • If infection rates increase again, we may require people to bring a rapid test and will set up a masked testing room.
  •
  • We will provide lunch on Saturday and will encourage people to order dinner delivered to minimize exposure over the weekend.
  •
  • Currently, we have no exemption for the vaccine policy.
  •
  • Due to the nature of the pandemic, these policies could be changed, and all attendees will be notified.
  •
  • We will offer full refund for anyone who tests positive for Covid-19 within two weeks before the conference or is exposed to Covid-19.
