Anita Wagner Illig

Anita Wagner Illig is a polyamory thought leader, media spokesperson and polyamorous relationships educator. Through her website, Practicalpolyamory.com, and her workshops, she offers educational resources for developing relationship skills on a wide variety of aspects of polyamorous relationships such as making peace with jealousy. Practicalpolyamory.com includes media articles on polyamory in which Anita is quoted from the BBC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, and other media outlets. She serves on the Advisory Council of The Woodhull Sexual Freedom Alliance, and is a member of Polyamory Leadership Network.

Apollo Love

Apollo Love is the Founder of Embrace Play Party, Cuddle and Dance, and the Colorado Tantra Festival. He’s been featured on MTV, ABC, FOX, PBS, & NPR. He has spoken on the TEDx stage three times and even once broke a Guinness World Record. As an author, he writes for Elephant Journal and the Good Men Project and also wrote an Amazon #1 Best-Selling book. As a social activist, Apollo organized the March for our Lives event in California and spoke at the California Democratic Convention on the importance of empathy training in schools. Prior to his new endeavors, he traveled around the country for 4 years and facilitated anti-bullying empathy-based workshops for over 50,000 students. He has facilitated for over a 100,000 people worldwide offering up a wide variety of EQ-based workshops.

Dwayne Smith

A New Jersey native, Dwayne Smith has been active in the polyamorous community for two years, having started his alt-sex journey in the lifestyle/swinger community nearly a decade ago. A PhD. candidate and social data / computer scientist, Dwayne’s primary areas of research are; criminal justice policy reform, restorative justice initiatives, and the impacts of public policy on economically disadvantaged and minority communities in the U.S. Outside of his academic and career pursuits, Dwayne is an avid pilot, politics junkie, outdoorsman, fitness competitor, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete.

Jessica Fern, M.S.

Jessica Fern is a psychotherapist, coach and national speaker, specializing in non-monogamous relationships. Jessica loves working with individuals, couples, and polycules who no longer want to be limited by their reactive relational patterns, cultural conditioning, internalized stories, emotional triggers, insecure attachment styles and past pains, so that they can embody new possibilities in life and love. Jesus Viramontes Garcia (Chuy)

Jesus is the Board President of Loving More Nonprofit, polyamory activist and leader in the community. He is a native of the San Francisco Bay area who began exploring alternatives to monogamy in 2004. In 2005 he attended his first Loving More Retreat. In September 2006 he was invited to join Loving More’s Board of Directors. He has worked at raising money for many worthy causes and continues to work tirelessly as Loving More Nonprofit’s volunteer Director of IT. Jesus has been presenting on polyamory at conferences, Universities and special events. He is a key coordinator for Loving More conferences and volunteers. In addition Jesus has worked in the computer information technology field since 1995.

Krista Niederjohn

Krista (She/Her/They/Them) has Identified as queer, polyamorous, and a relationship anarchist for about a decade but has practiced some form of non-monogamy her entire life.  She has done extensive community work since 2013 as an Administrator and Events Coordinator for her local LGBTQ2IA+ and Alternative Lifestyle communities and, with a passion for disability inclusivity, has gained valuable experience in unconventional lifestyles and sexualities.  She is a certified facilitator for the Our Whole Lives Comprehensive Sexuality curriculum for grades 7-12 and is certified in Instructional Design as well. This knowledge has helped define her role as mentor, sex educator, and consent advocate throughout the country. She teaches through AmourologyEd: a podcast, video series, and online forum; travels and does in person workshops; and offers remote and in person coaching. Her goal is to inspire sexual and emotional wholeness through practical and compassionate training.

Liz Newsom, LCSW

Elizabeth “Liz” Newsom, LCSW is a sex therapist working with those who identify as kinky and/or practice ethical non-monogamy; cisgender nonconformists, and/or people questioning sexuality; as well as those who need help with things like depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and more.

Marina Reiko

Marina was raised in polyamorous family from birth. As a young teen Marina identified as polyamory and bisexual. At age 15 she began assisting in organizing Loving More events from Poly Living Conferences to Pride Fest Booth and Parade in Colorado. In 2013 she co-facilitated a presentation on children and raising sex positive kids at Poly Living Philadelphia and at Woodhull in August 2014. At 16 Marina started a Teens in Polyamory Facebook page, a place for teens exploring polyamory or those raised in poly families to be able to connect and learn from each other (the group has been passed on to a local teen). An aspiring actress Marina performed in the play Journey to the West by OpenStage Theatre in Fort Collins in the fall 2014, her first performance with a professional company. She has since been in multiple productions including Misdummer Night’s Dream and The Illiad, where she both acted and choreographed the dances for the productions. Marina is an honors student and graduated with her associate of arts degree from Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, CO. Curently she is managing a small cafe and game shop and enjoys cosplay.

Mim Chapman Ph.D.

Mim Chapman, Ph.D., is the author of “What Does Polyamory Look Like?” as well as the UU poly curriculum being used by congregations to nurture understanding and acceptance of poly families. She is also the author of a sex education performance-art piece, “The VP (vagina-penis) Dialogues.” She is a certified Myers-Briggs trainer and has led workshops in various aspects of diversity, learning styles, multiple intelligences, collaboration, anti-harassment, sex and aging, and the change process for conferences, schools and businesses. She was Toastmaster’s “Communicator of the Year,” the YWCA/British Petroleum “Woman of Achievement,” and serves on the Board of Directors of Loving More. She currently lives in Santa Fe, where she is a relationship coach, surrogate partner, associate professor and keynote speaker. http://mimchapman.com

Nolan Lawless, LPC

Nolan Lawless is a Licensed Professional Counselor, sex educator, public speaker, and polyamory advocate. He is co-founder of Deconstructing Polyamory, through which he has presented to professional and community audiences across the United States and Canada on alternative sexuality and alternative relationship models. Nolan serves as CEU Coordinator for Loving More, a national nonprofit organization for polyamory, and is a member of the APA Division 44 Task Force on Consentual Non-Monogamy. He is owner of Infinite Heart Coaching, which provides video conference coaching services to clients of diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship dynamics. Robyn Trask

Robyn is the Executive Director of Loving More® Non-Profit, a national organizer, and leading activist for polyamory awareness. She is a polyamory counselor, workshop facilitator and writer. Since 2004 Robyn has worked to expand media awareness of polyamory appearing in numerous articles, radio shows and TV including Our America with Lisa Ling, Montel Williams, Baisden After Dark, Michael Baisden Bad Boy Radio Show, Alan Colmes Radio Show, Colin McEnroe Show/NPR, and many others. In addition Robyn works to connect the media with other polyamory activists and individuals. Robyn and Loving More were instrumental in the formation of Polyamory Leadership Network. A national speaker and advocate for polyamory she has been a speaker at conferences, taught at universities and been a featured keynote speaker. Robyn has been openly polyamorous for 28 years, raising three children in a polyamorous family. Robyn has been running polyamory support groups, teaching and facilitating relationship and sexuality workshop since 1999. In addition she counsels polyamorous individuals and families. Rusty Stewart, Ph.D.

Rusty Stewart, Ph.D. earned his doctorate in Psychoeducational Processes (Group Processes and Dynamics) at Temple University. Rusty is a proficient and skilled Professional Inspirational Speaker, Relationship Transformation Coach, Integrated Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist, Sex Educator & Coach, Seminar Leader, Reiki Master, Shaman, Breathwork Facilitator and Writer. He also teaches certifications for Usui and Shamanic Reiki and Holistic Integrative Breathing. Rusty has professionally recorded two 6 cd series titled “Holistic Integrative Breathing” and “Open Heart Shamanic Change Journeying.”  Rusty spoke at Philadelphia’s Mind, Body, Spirit Expo from 2000-2009. In addition, he is an Adjunct Professor for Chestnut Hill College teaching Group Process and Leadership, and has been an Adjunct Professor for Temple, Thomas Jefferson, and Georgian Court Universities. Rusty was a regular writer for Yoga Living Magazine for 9 years and Living Well Magazine for 1 year. Shanae Adams, CIGT, HonestlyNae, is a Sexuality Professional dedicated to removing the taboo that comes from talking about and enjoying sex and sexuality. Through personalized education, group presentations and facilitating therapy Shanae hopes to empower people to become the sexual beings they desire to be. Tanya Hixon

TanyaTanya has always been open to exploring new ways of being in relationships with any number of partners. Her love of Science and particularly Biology led her to major in Natural Science at UN-L. Tanya has been part of the swing community for many years and in 2011 began exploring polyamory. She became a volunteer for Loving More in 2012 helping in the office and administrative assistance. In 2014 Tanya become a Loving More Board Member and Board Secretary. Tanya is bisexual, polyamorous and part of the swing community in Colorado, Her experience as a bi woman and support of close transgendered family has opened her eyes to the unique problems of the LGBTQ community. She is thrilled to be co-presenting again at Poly Living.
