Loving More® Nonprofit is the leading national organization for the polyamory movement. As a nonprofit we depend on the generous support of sponsors to help keep Poly Living® Conferences affordable to as many people as possible.
 
We are pleased to offer sponsorship opportunities, exhibitor booths, and program/bag advertising at Poly Living Philadelphia & Rocky Mountain Poly Living. Both annual conferences attract between 150 to 300 attendees each year from across the country. Loving More Events are a great venue for a targeted sex positive and intellectual audience.
Loving More is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to information, education and support of polyamory and polyamorous relationships. For thirty years Loving More has been the leading resource for people who wish to live outside traditional monogamy, responsibly and with integrity.
The Loving More Mission is to educate people about and support polyamory as a valid choice in loving relationships and family lifestyle.

Sponsor Poly Living 2023

$600+ Polyamory Awareness Sponsor – Listed on the website and in the program as a sponsor, business card size listing the conference program and one event pass.
$1,200+ Polyamory Advocate Sponsor – Listed as sponsor on Poly Living website, announcement as a major sponsors during opening session, sponsor sign at registration, sponsor listing at the of the program, 1/2 page sponsor ad in program, one event pass, shared information table.
$2,500+ Polyamory Benefactor Sponsor – Listed as sponsor on Poly Living website main page and on advertising/fliers, acknowledgment as a sponsor on the program cover, full page sponsor ad in the program, bag fliers, announcement as a major sponsor during opening presentation, sponsor sign at registration, three event passes, and exhibitor booth.
$2,500 – $4,000 Dance/Reception Sponsor– Listed as sponsor on Poly Living website and dance webpage, announcement as reception sponsors during opening session, sponsor sign at dance/reception, reception/dance sponsor listing in the program, 2 event passes, and exhibitor booth. (Pricing depends on the specific conference as food costs very depending on venue). We host a dance or reception at every Poly Living.

We have a limited number of exhibitor tables available at Poly Living. Tables are in the hallway by registration outside of the meeting rooms.

Single Table Exhibitor $549 Booth (Includes Conference)

  1. One Six foot table
  2.  Two chairs
  3. Exhibitor listing in the conference program and conference website,
  4. Two Conference/Exhibitor Registrations/Badges Poly Living*
  5. Discounted Program Ad $65/half page
*All booths must be occupied by at least one exhibitor staff person during exhibition hours.
